Energy executive Paul Prager possesses nearly three decades of experience as the chairman and CEO of New York-based Beowulf Energy LLC. Outside of his work in the energy sector, Paul Prager stands out for his commitment to the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Living on a farm in the area, he supports the nearby town of Easton through commercial real estate development.
Over the years, Mr. Prager has acquired properties along Easton’s historic Federal Street, where he and his design team have implemented a multiyear, three-stage plan for revitalizing the area. In the first stage, the team opened a yoga studio, a juice bar, and a gourmet salad bar. The second stage was the opening of a coffee shop and a fine-dining restaurant.
Mr. Prager and his team are now working on the third stage of the project, which will include the opening of a single malt Scotch bar and a wood-fired pizza restaurant. Plans are also in the works to renovate a historic theater for jazz and blues concerts.
